I have tried MTK before in plano. That place was very noisy, on the contrary irving location was not that loud. My colleague ordered chicken biryani and I ordered parota with chicken curry. Service was fast and food tasted good as well.
Best place to have south Indian food it makes me feel when I was a student I used to eat food from thattu kadai great ambiance good food for the value. And it is self service here so just be care full with the token number as it comes on the screen you need to pick up the food .i enjoyed it and went back to my old days Thank
I ordered the pompret fry for to go, it was very well done, all the spices were perfect. Will definitely recommend.
I don't agree that this place has 3 rating (at the time I am writing this). Trust me, this place makes you feel emotional. It reminds you of your roots. The music, the ambience, the movie posters around, and most importantly, the service! The service at this place makes you genuinely feel "happiness before money". The people here love to serve you. I saw happiness in their delivery when I asked for something. Above all, who would serve you such delicious fish and mutton under $8. Take any aspect, this place tops it all. This is my first time at this place. The next time I want to feel home, I will be here. I want to finish by saying I pinged all my old friends in India after getting moved by this emotion. Experience it yourself!
On the first visit I tried Grilled Pomfret , Shrimp sukka and Set Parota with Chicken gravy . The food has amazing taste and authentic Madurai food . Ambience is nice and feels like you are in Madurai :) I would definitely try this restaurant again . Loved it
